Strategic content development

Strategic content development

There are many useful frameworks for building an ecosystem. Here, we employ a framework consisting of the four components detailed below:

Strategic content development
  1. Content- What do we want people to learn?
  2. Access- How will the content be consumed?
  3. Distribution – How do we make the content available?
  4. Implementation – How do we make sure that it works?

This continuum serves to remind funders who invest in specific areas within the continuum, such as new content, that their success will depend not only on the quality of the deliverable, but also on how this is deployed within the ecosystem.  It also encourages strategic funders with long-term investment horizons to identify areas of over- and under-investment.
